The whistleblower function is not for reporting minor offenses or general dissatisfaction and complaints. It is only possible to report persons in leading positions within Antiphon. It includes company management. If there is suspicion of crimes, very serious irregularities or misconduct should all notifications regardless of person be assessed and handled as whistleblower case.
The recipient of the notification is a working group at Antiphon consisting of; external member of the board of Antiphon, member of the management team of Antiphon and union representative. You can expect that all incoming cases are handled immediately. The case is deidentified. This is to ensure that whoever notifier has the opportunity to remain anonymous.
A first assessment of the matter is made by the above working group to decide whether it should be handled by our whistleblower function or not. The deidentified case is then reported to the company management that decides whether the report will be investigated further or not.
